The giant Consumer Electronics Show going on this week in Las Vegas is revealing some really awesome tech, and the Oura ring, which tracks sleep, is no exception.

What we at The Daily Clutch like about the ring is its sleek design, which we think will be good for people who are not comfortable wearing jewelry to bed. The Oura ring comes in three colors — Mirror Black, Stealth Black and Arctic White.

Oura won the Best of Innovation award in the Fitness, Sports and Biotech product category at CES and was named honoree in the Wearable Technologies and Embedded Technologies categories.

“The ring analyzes the quality of your rest and recovery by measuring the pulse waveform, the exact time between heartbeats, body temperature and even the slightest movements,” states release from Oura. “With its proprietary algorithms it helps you understand how restorative your sleep is and what you can do to improve the quality of your sleep.”

The ring is available for purchase online but it may take about 2 months to receive one because of a surge in popularity. It retails for $276.
