1 cup peanut butter
1 egg
Package of holiday Hershey Kisses

How to make them: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine the sugar, egg and peanut butter in a bowl. Roll into 1 to 1 ½ inch balls and then press down with a fork so the fork pattern is in the cookie. Line a cookie sheet and spread evenly on the sheet. Bake for 8 minutes. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes and then while still somewhat warm add a festive kiss in the middle. For a different twist try using crunchy peanut butter!

Stir in the chocolate chips and the flour. Line a cookie sheet and spoon out about two tablespoons of the mixture on to the cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes. For a different twist stir in a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of vanilla when adding the egg.

CHRISTMAS BALL COOKIES

Crush the mint cookies in a bowl.  Mix in the cream cheese. Line a cookie sheet. Roll mixture into 1 inch balls and put them in the freezer for 10 minutes. Once partially frozen dip them in the green melted chocolate mixture and freeze for another 20 minutes in the freezer. For a different twist sprinkle the green balls with red sprinkles before the last freezing part.
